Duration:
This is a temporary position from 5 August to 29 August 2026. You will work a minimum of 38.5 hours, usually between 18:00- 00:00 Monday to Friday and 15:30-00:00 on Saturdays. You may be required to work additional hours when needed.

Job Purpose Summary:
Provide safe and reliable transport for patrons with additional access needs, helping them access the venue with ease. As a mobility minibus driver, you will deliver excellent customer service and play a key role in the smooth running of the Tattoo.
Key Duties:
- Be able to confidently assist customers with varying levels of physical and mental conditions while maintaining a positive demeanour.
- Treat all guests with dignity and respect.
- Ensure that all passengers receive safe, reliable customer-orientated transportation.
- Advise your manager of any accidents or incidents in line with company policy.
- Respond to ad hoc requests where appropriate.
- Obey all traffic laws and regulations while driving any Tattoo Vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle assigned to you is always:
- Clean, tidy, and presentable to a high standard.
- Maintained and in a serviceable condition as far as fuel, oil and lubrication are concerned.
- Secure and parked in accordance with local Traffic Regulations.
- Look after all documentation and equipment issued to you for the purpose of carrying out your duties.
- Display vehicle passes that have been allocated to the vehicle when required e.g. for dispensation parking.
- Engage with Event organisers to provide insightful feedback to improve processes for the future.
Essential Criteria:
- Confident and well presented.
- Good safe driving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Approachable and helpful.
- A positive and flexible attitude.
- Current full UK driving licence.
- Must be aged 21 or over in compliance with the company’s insurance terms.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in a public facing role.
- Experience working with vulnerable people.
- First Aid Training
