ACCESSING YOUR 2022 TICKETS
To access these, please log into your Tattoo account. Your downloadable ticket(s) are located in 'Tickets' found in the right hand navigation bar. We will email you to notify you that your ticket(s) are ready for download. If you have not received an email within 7 days of attending the Show, please contact us on +44 (0) 131 225 1188. Please ensure that you print each individual ticket prior to attending the Show. There are no print facilities on site.
If you have chosen mobile tickets, please download the Tattoo Tix App onto your mobile smartphone or compatible device. Please note, you need to have at least IOS operating system 9.1 or Android operating system 4.4 to run the app.
Once downloaded, please create an account using the email address linked to your Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo booking.
You will find your Tattoo ticket(s) in the ‘My Tickets’ section of the Tattoo Tix App. If you access the app and your tickets are not showing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To transfer tickets to someone else, open the ticket you wish to send in the Tattoo Tix App and select the 3 vertical dots in the bottom right-hand corner. Then, when the menu appears, simply select ‘send’ and enter your guest's email address.
All ticket QR codes will become activated 48 hours before you attend the performance.
Standard Mail tickets
If you have chosen postal tickets, these will be delivered to you at the address provided at the time of booking. If you have not received your ticket(s) within 7 days of attending the Show, please notify our Box Office on +44 (0) 131 225 1188.
