The Tattoo in 2013 will take place over the period 2-24 August with performances on Monday to Friday at 9.00pm and on Saturday at 7.30pm and 10.30pm. There is no performance on Sunday.

POSTAL BOOKINGS

Postal Bookings should be made using the Postal Ticket Order Form, which is available for download above, and sent, together with full payment, to The Tattoo Office, 32 Market Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1QB. Due to the high volume of orders received it is not possible to acknowledge receipt of your order. However, once processed, confirmation of your order will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you.  Given the high volume or orders please allow up to 10 days for order confirmation. Please help us to help you and indicate as many alternatives as possible.  Please note that all orders are processed subject to availability.

INTERNET BOOKINGS

Internet Bookings can be made via our secure server at www.edintattoo.co.uk and will be limited to eight tickets per household.  Multiple bookings which exceed this limit will be cancelled without notification. Please note, however, that should you require seats in our disabled seating areas (wheelchair spaces or ambulant disabled seating at low level) then you should select another method of booking.        

£5.00 booking fee per transaction. 

Internet bookings will not be accepted on the day of performance.

COUNTER BOOKINGS

Book over the counter at 33-34 Market Street Edinburgh

Counter Bookings will be accepted from 10.00am (GMT) on Monday 10 December 2012 at The Tattoo Ticket Sales Office, 33-34 Market Street, Edinburgh. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 10.00am to 4.30pm (GMT). On performance days the office is open from 10.00am until the start of the performance.

Telephone bookings can be made during office hours and only when paying by credit or debit card (Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm GMT).  £5.00 booking fee per transactionTelephone bookings will not be accepted on the day of performance.

Payment

PAYMENT:

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Delta or Solo. Your signature is required (Postal bookings only) together with the Card number, expiry date, valid-from date, Issue number (where applicable) and security code.

Alternatively, you may wish to pay by cheque (postal bookings only) made payable to The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo with the amount left blank, but with a maximum amount indicated underneath your signature, to speed up the processing of your order. Remittances from overseas may be made in the form of an International Money Order in Pounds Sterling only and drawn on a UK clearing bank, otherwise payment will be returned.

Payment

TICKET DESPATCH:

Ticket despatch will commence in March 2013 in process date order.  Due to the very high volume of orders processed, please allow 28 days from this time for receipt of tickets. Where payment is made by Credit/Debit card (except Counter bookings) tickets will be despatched only to the billing address of the cardholder or held for collection by the named cardholder [on presentation of the card used to make the transaction] anytime during office hours after 1 March 2013 at the Tattoo Ticket Sales Office, 33-34 Market Street, Edinburgh.  Tickets for a performance within seven days (14 days for non-UK addresses) will be held for collection at the Tattoo Ticket Sales Office.
