Mini Tattoo At Dewar's World of Whisky

If you are looking for a summer treat for all the family then head to Dewar's World of Whisky in Aberfeldy, Perthshire, on Sunday 15th August 2004.

Following up the success of last year's Mini Tattoo, international acts from the Edinburgh Military Tattoo will be performing on the grounds in front of the Aberfeldy Distillery, giving local people and visitors to the area the opportunity to experience an exhilarating display in rural Perthshire. Similarly, it gives city dwellers a chance to witness the spectacle within a beautiful country setting. There will also be opportunities for adults and children to learn from the experts and get to grips with the bagpipes and the Highland fling in free music and dance workshops.

Alongside the military performers there will be a thrilling flying falconry display and entertainment for the children. Also included is free entry to Dewar's World of Whisky, an interactive five star exhibition about the history of the Dewar family. Adults can also enjoy free whisky tasting and discounted prices on selected whisky sales, whilst the kids can happily enjoy the supervised play area that includes a bouncy castle.

The event begins at midday and finishes at 6pm. There is ample free parking on site and Aberfeldy is easily accessed from all areas of Scotland. A country food court will be serving food and drinks throughout the day.

Tickets are priced £7.00 for adults and £3.50 for children under 16. A family ticket for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 costs £19.00. There will be limited ticket availability on the day, so to ensure you do not miss out purchase your tickets before hand from:
