Half-Price Tickets for 2008 Tattoo

Tickets for this year’s keenly awaited Edinburgh Tattoo (1-23 August) have long since sold out, but at 10am on Monday, 21st July a limited number of half-price tickets for the Thursday, July 31st preview performance of the 59th military showpiece go on sale from the Tattoo Ticket Sales Office on Edinburgh’s Market Street.

With weeks to go before the 2008 Tattoo season opens, this occasion provides a final opportunity to obtain tickets for next month’s sold-out show.

Seat prices for the preview range from £6.50 to £22.00 and, as well as box office counter sales, tickets may also be had by telephone on 0131 225 1188 using a credit/debit card, which is subject to a £3.00 booking fee per transaction, or via the Internet at www.edintattoo.co.uk where the convenience fee also applies along with a limit of 4 tickets per household.

This year’s 90-minute show includes over 1,000 performers from the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, Norway and the United Kingdom along with a colourful celebration to mark 100 years of the Territorial Army and a few surprises.
